AGIC Facilities Management uses the Facility Management & (CMMS) Computerized Maintenance Management System Software, which brings about systemized management of the assets of our clients.
AGIC now uses a customized dedicated Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for all maintenance service contracts. This is specially designed to control maintenance operations. CMMS allows long-term growth of any size maintenance operation; as clients can be repetitively added to the database of equipment, inventory and work orders.
CMMS allows the client to itemize each and every equipment and plant onsite, advise the maintenance requirements for that equipment and trigger a date for the work to be performed.
Reports can be produced showing which work order has been completed, in progress or still outstanding. Reports can also advise the client of any extra work that has been carried out during a routine maintenance service.
